Crock-Pot Chicken N Noodle
We tried out this simple recipe and it was delicious
2 cans cream of chicken soup (10.5oz each) 1 can chicken broth (15oz each) 1 stick butter or margarine 1 lb. chicken breasts (fresh or frozen) 1 packages frozen egg noodles (24 oz.)
Seasoning:
Kosher Salt
Chicken Seasoning
Italian Seasoning
Kentucky Kernel Seasoned Flour
Instructions:
Cut chicken breasts into smaller chunks
Sprinkle Seasonings to taste
Roll breast pieces in Flour
In Crock-Pot put chicken on bottom, pour the chicken broth and soup on top, then top that with the stick of butter.
Put the Crock-Pot on low for 5-6 hours.
Take the chicken out and shred. Put back in Crock-Pot.
Add the frozen noodles and cook for 1&1/2 - 2 more hours.
