Tater Tot Bacon Scramble
30 oz. frozen tater tots
6 Eggs
2 cups shredded cheese (use your favorite flavor)
½ cup Bacon
Salt and Pepper to taste
Spray Oven Safe Skillet with cooking spray
Place 30 oz. of frozen tater tots into pan filling bottom and an extra layer up the sides
Bake at 425 F for 15 minutes
Whisk 6 eggs in bowl (adding milk is optional)
Scramble eggs in frying pan, add salt and pepper to taste
Flatten tater tots with spatula
Layer 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese on tater tots
Layer scrambled eggs on top of cheese
Layer 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese on scrambled eggs
Flatten down
Add ½ cup cooked crumbled bacon
Bake at 425 for 10 minutes
