Grilled Pork Chops

Fresh Pork chops 6-10 count, about 1 – 2 inches in thickness

Olive Oil

Your favorite Steak Sauce

Kosher Salt

Fresh Ground Black Pepper

Get your grill started before working on your meat.

Use a meat tenderizer on the pork chops, brush olive oil on both sides, sprinkle with Kosher salt, black pepper and brush on Steak Sauce (I prefer A1), let the pork chops marinade for at least 10 minutes.

Adjust your grill to medium heat, and then place the chops on the grate. Cook them to your desired temperature (opinions vary on the best temp range). The lower your heat setting the slower they will cook and not be overdone, also allow you to fix the sides to go with the chops.
